Teacher: Ballet, contemporary, and teams

Jade dorlet Lefebvre

A lifelong lover of dance, Jade distinguished herself early on with her sense of rhythm, inherited from her Haitian roots, which she carries with pride. She began classical dance at the age of 3 before broadening her training with contemporary and hip-hop. Her journey led her to complete a DEC in dance at Cégep de Drummondville (2022), followed by a year in the Bachelor of Dance program at UQAM, before undertaking studies in administration at UQTR.

Since her teenage years, Jade has been an integral part of Ovation Danse, where she has been teaching since the age of 13. She has gained solid experience by leading numerous groups and participating in a multitude of competitions, which has strengthened both her expertise and her style. Her choreographies, always impeccably structured, original, and touching, testify to her artistic maturity and her attention to detail.

Today, Jade devotes her heart and energy to Ovation, which she considers her second home. Passionate, organized, and dedicated, she is recognized as much for her precise teaching as for her ability to inspire her students to give their very best. In addition to her role as a teacher, Jade is the costume coordinator—a position she manages with great attention to detail—and she provides significant assistance with the school's overall coordination tasks. Her versatility and commitment make her an essential collaborator in the daily life of Ovation Danse.
